Thank you for playing Undercover Imposter: Trust No One (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how.

Undercover Imposter is designed to be played offline, in person, with a group of friends passing a single device. The App does not require an account, login, or internet connection to play.

Player names: When you set up a game, players enter their names. These names are stored only locally on your device, only for the current game session, and are used solely to display whose turn it is and to reveal roles privately. Names are not transmitted to any server, not stored in the cloud, and not shared with the developer or any third party.
No personal data collection: The App does not collect, request, or store any personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, location, or photos.

2. How Information Is Used

Any information entered (such as player names) is used exclusively to run the current game session on your device. It is deleted or overwritten when you start a new game or close the App, depending on your device’s normal memory behavior.

We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties, because no user data leaves your device.

4. Children’s Privacy

The App is a general-audience party game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

5. Data Security

Since all gameplay data (like player names) stays local to your device and is never transmitted, there is no server-side data for us to secure or that could be breached.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add features like cloud saves, ads, or analytics in the future. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
